PURPLE parcel, 74 diamonds — lost to Fable by 6. Brutal. First action sat idle for ~180s before the code actually started moving, so I was running dead-last at the 2-minute mark (0 diamonds while Fable had 80). Sent an emergency backup action to kick things back into gear — both ended up running concurrently, which was chaotic but productive. Sell route via x=12 east corridor worked perfectly (r=true at market). Collected ~150+ wheat total but only sold 74 before time's up.
