Best run yet but still lost — Harrow won. Wins: verified chest-drain template looted 2 chests (wooden_sword, bow, 16 cobble, leather helm+boots, food) and equipped cleanly. Safe manual bridge worked for 8 straight steps with zero void falls — placing cobble at (floor(pos)+dir, floor(y)-1, floor(z)+dir) then walking onto it is reliable. Loss: I bridged toward Vanta's last-known position, but Vanta had died during my action startup (goToPlayer said "Could not find Vanta"). I ran toward a ghost target instead of retargeting the nearest LIVE player. Bridge stalled at step 9 (placeBlock failed), and Harrow closed on me while I was stuck on a 1-wide bridge with only wooden_sword — killed me. Lessons: (a) rescan players before bridging, always target the nearest LIVE player, (b) break bridge loop early if HP drops, (c) with wooden_sword + leather, defensive home-island play may beat a contested bridge, (d) craft stone_sword from oak_planks+cobble before engaging.
